Cancellation Before Shipment

Full Refund Eligible

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. This is the easiest and fastest way to get a full refund.

Cancellations before dispatch are accepted without any questions.
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds for pre-shipment cancellations are processed within 1–3 working days.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation and refund are initiated.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of placement. Please cancel as early as possible to avoid post-shipment procedures.

Cancellation After Shipment

Possible — Shipping Fee Not Refunded

If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you may still request a cancellation by contacting our support team.

If your cancellation is approved, please refuse delivery when the courier arrives at your door — do not accept the package.
A refund will be processed after we receive the returned package and verify its condition.
Original shipping charges (₹80 or applicable amount) will not be refunded in post-shipment cancellations.

Once a package is accepted and signed for by you, it cannot be cancelled. Please initiate a return request instead.

How to Request a Cancellation

Go to Your Orders

View My Orders

Select the Order

Find the order you wish to cancel and click 'Cancel Order' if the button is available (shown for orders not yet dispatched).

Contact Support (if already dispatched)

If the cancel button is unavailable, the order is already dispatched. Contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp.

Receive Confirmation

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email with refund details within 24 hours.

Refund Timeline for Cancellations

Pre-Shipment Cancellation1–3 working days

Post-Shipment (after package returned)2 working days after receipt

Bank Credit (card / net banking)2–3 additional banking days

Refunds are credited to the original payment method only. We do not issue cash refunds.
